This course invites both men and women to engage in a thought-provoking exploration of the unconscious actions and beliefs that can shape workplace dynamics. By examining research studies and personal experiences, participants will uncover how these factors influence career growth and professional opportunities.
Topics include impostor syndrome, strategies to build confidence for promotions or challenging projects, and techniques to manage the inner critic that can hinder success. The session also explores how speech and body language shape perceptions, providing tools to enhance communication and leadership presence.
Additionally, the course addresses critical areas such as work-life balance, relationships, perfectionism, and mentoring. Participants will gain practical strategies for fostering professional growth, supporting diverse leadership, and creating more inclusive and successful organizations.
