Course detail: GEA Ci3T 13: FABI Step 1

This micro-credential course offers an in-depth look at Functional Assessment-Based Intervention (FABI) Step 1: Identifying Students Who May Need a FABI. Participants will learn how to examine multiple sources of data (e.g., attendance, behavior screening, academic screening, office discipline referrals) to identify students who may need a FABI. They will also learn how FABIs fit into the Comprehensive, Integrated, Three-tiered (Ci3T) model of prevention and how to seek permissions from students and families who will be involved in the team-based FABI process.Prerequisite: Ci3T 1-Intro to Ci3T; Ci3T 12-Intro to FABI.
