No image available Biography: Officer Kacey Wiltz began her law enforcement career with the Topeka Police Department in 2003 and has since received several accommodations for her work, including a recent commendation award and lifesaving award. Wiltz has served as a Negotiator for the Crisis Response Team, Field Training Officer, Training Coordinator, and Department Instructor throughout her career. Currently, Wiltz holds the rank of Police Officer with the Lawrence Police Department and is assigned as a School Resource Officer at Lawrence Free State High School. Wiltz obtained her Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Washburn University in 2015.A strong believer in building relationships with the community, Wiltz serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence and is the Vice President of Sheep Dog Impact Assistance, a National non-profit that exists to engage, assist, and empower our Nation's military and first responders.
