Course detail: Emergency Medical Services: Quality Management NFA N0158
This 6-day class will assist the student to create, implement and maintain a department's quality management program, including best practices of quality assurance and improvement, process improvement, & data collection & analysis.
This course seeks to provide a framework to improve the quality of emergency medical services (EMS) in students' agencies. Throughout this course, students work on culminating activites relating to the development of a Quality Management Program. Students present the activity with classmates and instructors at the end of the course, allowing all students to take examples of Quality management Programs to their departments.
