Course Description: Eat Well, Age Well: Nutrition for Vitality and Longevity

Aging is inevitable; but how we age can be shaped profoundly by our nutritional choices. In this evidence-informed class with Holistic Nutritionist Dianne Porter, we'll explore how diet and targeted nutrients support cognitive function, mobility, immune health, muscle maintenance and overall vitality as we get older. We'll also look at how thoughtful supplementation can help fill nutritional gaps when food alone isn't enough. This class is ideal for anyone seeking to age proactively, prevent nutritional deficiencies, and maintain long-term health and independence through nutrition.
