Course Description: Youth Camp: From Sweet Treats to Savory Eats: Perfect Pies

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of buttery, golden crusts and irresistible fillings. From sweet treats like apple crumble pie with a cinnamon roll base to savory eats like a classic quiche, this one-day camp provides pie-making tips and tricks that guarantee flaky layers and delicious results. Students will prepare and take home two pies in this camp, one savory and one sweet.
The kitchen is not gluten or peanut free. Please indicate known allergies in the checkout process when prompted. Ages 10-15.

Additional Course Information

Please make sure your child(ren) are fed before camp begins. They are welcome to bring snacks from home. Students should bring 1-2 leftover containers to share what they have prepared. Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

Cancellation Policy

Students must cancel by contacting our office via phone: (541) 383-7270 or email: ceinfo@cocc.edu. Cancellations received 5 days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund. Full refunds are also issued for classes cancelled by COCC. Refunds will be issued back to your card or in the form of a check and mailed within two weeks of the cancellation date if paid by check or cash. Failure to participate in a course or program does not result in a refund. Exceptions to the general refund policy are noted in the course descriptions on our website and in the printed schedule.
