Course Detail: SRBALANCE - Senior Balance

A low impact, full body, chair based workout program that will provide the right challenge at any fitness level in the senior community. With this class you can expect to improve your balance, mobility, cardiovascular and mental health. Led by a local personal trainer it is also a great opportunity to have your diet and fitness related questions answered!
