The "Preparing for the CCB exam", class provides the education required to obtain the CCB license.  This program also includes the CCB exam which covers the content in the NASCLA Contractors Guide to Business, Law and Project Management, 2nd edition.  Exams consist of 4 Lessons

Contractors get an orientation and learn how to navigate QuickBooks, the most-used bookkeeping program for small business. Course offers CCB License Holders Continuing Education credits.


March 3-13, 2021, 05:30pm, UBC Conference Room
Real Estate Brokers License pre-test training. A hybrid course of online and in-person instruction meeting Oregon State 150 hour pre-test training requirement.


February 9, 2021 to April 13, 2021, 06:00pm, ONLINE
This course introduces the Oregon real estate property manager to licensing laws and rules including statutes within Oregon Revised Statute, Chapter 696 pertaining to property management and Oregon Administrative Rules under division 863
