This in person class provides the education and 16 hours of training required to obtain the CCB license. Included is the CCB exam which covers the content in the NASCLA Contractors Guide to Business, Law & Project Management, 2nd edition. The course covers Oregon Code, Safety, Environmental issues, Bids & Estimates, Contracts, Lien Law, Finance and much more. One-on-one coaching sessions available with your adviser. REGISTRATION CLOSES ONE WEEK BEFORE CLASS BEGINS.

Complete your business plan in just two class sessions. Learn to put your existing business idea into words, forecast sales and expenses, reach your target market, and build a team. In this course you will learn to set up a company file, build a Chart of Accounts, enter check and cash transactions, reconcile bank statements, study Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, create reports, and more. Prior computer experience recommended. Suggested for users who are new to QuickBooks. Please bring a flash/thumb drive to class with you. Includes one-on-one advising session with your instructor.

The Real Estate Brokers License Pre-test training course is taught live by a principal broker online via Zoom. The course meets the 150 hours of pre-test training required for the State of Oregon brokers license. All study materials are included and with direct access to the class instructor, you are set up for success. An optional full-day review session is also available.

You must attend seven evening class sessions and have online capacity to complete the self-study portion of this course.
