These courses will review the operation and maintenance skills for Wastewater Treatment & Wastewater Collection Systems. We will prepare you for the Level I & II or Level III & IV Wastewater Exams. We will cover Wastewater Exam Strategies, Sanitary Sewer Volumes, Flow Rates, Velocities and much more. The Math courses cover Math Assessment, Averages, Percentages used in the Wastewater Industry, Calculating Areas & Volumes, Calculator Short Cuts, Arranging Wastewater Formulas, Basic Units used in WW Industry, Applying Dimensional Analysis to WW Collections Systems and more.

This course will serve in lieu of the one-year experience required for the Limited Pump Installer's license. This course is appropriate for people wanting a Limited Pump Installer Contractors License and is for Residential only NOT Commercial. Limited space available. OAR 918-030-0015 requires contractors registered with the Building codes Division to maintain an active CCB license. Be sure to provide the business/company's CCB number and expiration date. If the business is exempt from CCB licensure, submit with the application a letter, on letterhead, stating the reason for the exemption. Contact 541-440-4668 for more information.

This class is designed to provide a working knowledge of the techniques used in log scaling. Primarily directed at Forestry Professionals, Cruisers, Administrators, and Marketing personnel it also will serve as an introduction for those interested in this career path. Course consists of a balance of theory and hands-on field experience. Classroom instruction on weekdays and field instruction during the Saturday sessions. Space is limited. Instructor, Richard Tustin, who has extensive scaling, cruising, marketing, and administration experience. Saturday classes run from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at various off-site locations.
