Course detail: Recruiting and Retention 2-Day Seminar

Course Description:

Do you have a problem with recruiting and retention? If so, this is the workshop for you. We will discuss well over 100 ideas to help you improve the process of recruiting, hiring, training and then retaining your workforce.

During the workshop, we will discuss generational differences and how to use that information to better inform your recruiting and retention efforts. Then we will discuss over 100 ideas to help you improve your opportunity to receive more applications, hire the best people, train them well, and retain them long term.

It is suggested that agencies send more than one person including a decision maker and another who is responsible for recruiting and retention.

Throughout the two days, we will work together to develop individual plans for each organization in attendance that includes ideas and concepts to implement, who is responsible for each task, the steps needed for each, and a timeline.
