Biography: Supervisory Special Agent Amy Ramsey began her career with the FBI in 2003 as an Investigative Specialist in the Boston Division, conducting surveillance for Counterintelligence and Terrorism investigations. In 2008, SSA Ramsey entered the FBI's training academy in Quantico as a Special Agent and was assigned to the New York Field Office, where she worked financial investigations and violent crimes against children. In 2012, SSA Ramsey was transferred to the Kansas City Division, where she has worked, Human Trafficking, Transnational Organized Crime, and Domestic Terrorism. In January 2025, SSA Ramsey was selected as the supervisor for the Domestic Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and Special Events squad for Kansas City. SSA Ramsey is also a member of the FBI's Child Abduction Rapid Deployment Team for the South Central Region as well as a certified Crisis Negotiator. |
