Biography: For the last twenty-one years Greg has worked at the Lawrence Police Department as a Police Officer, School Resource Officer and a Drug Enforcement Unit Investigator. He is currently assigned to the Investigations Division as a Detective, where he has served for 16 years. He is an active member of the Crisis Negotiation Team. Greg instructs in a variety of areas including Crisis Intervention Team Training, specifically De-escalation Techniques and Feedback. He is also a certified trainer with Vital Smarts as a Crucial Conversations Instructor. He is also a certified personality profiler with Personality Hacker.
