Conference Schedule:

The 2024 Kansas State Association of Fire Chiefs 108th Annual Conference will be held October 29-30, 2025 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan, KS. Conference Registration ($200) includes access to all programming on Wednesday, including the Wednesday awards luncheon, the evening BBQ, the keynote speaker and business meeting, and the vendor expo.

We would like for everyone to attend the full conference, but if you only plan to attend the Chiefs' Roundtable, there is no charge to attend. Details regarding the Chiefs Roundtable will be sent out to the membership at a later date.

Refunds

Cancellations made to KFRTI before the first day of the conference will be refunded in full by KFRTI. Cancellations thereafter or conference no-shows will not be refunded by KFRTI.
