Leaders with a strong professional brand are generally more impactful, influential, and effective in their roles. Having a better understanding of how your brand impacts your interactions with others can help you be a better leader. Having an understanding of how you are viewed by others can help you as a leader connect and create economic value, which all leaders should do through their role.You'll learn to:
Appreciate the importance and impact of a leadership brand
Understand your personal strengths and evolve your personal brand
Identify the gaps in your leadership skills
Develop a brand statement
Leverage a leadership brand to impact your customers, employees and your organization
