Course detail: INST1 - Fire Service Instructor 1 Training
This course is designed to meet the requirements of the NFPA 1041 Standard for Fire Service Instructor Level 1 and is an academically oriented course. This training will provide participants with the basic knowledge and skills needed to deliver instruction effectively from a prepared lesson plan and maintain associated training records. This course utilizes traditional interactive lecture, case studies and class discussions along with "group leader' presentations. Additionally, participants will learn about theories of modern adult education and their application within fire service training.
