Course: Implementing an Innovation Strategy

Previous completion of Formulating an Innovation Strategy is required for this course.

In this microcredential, we examine the various factors organization leaders should consider when they implement their innovation strategy. Items such as organization size and structure as well as team size, composition, structure, leadership, and administration all impact the success of an innovation launch. We will also explore the best practices for improving both the effectiveness and efficiency of the new product development process and how the deployment strategy is impacted by effective timing, licensing and compatibility, pricing, distribution, and marketing strategies.

Implementing an Innovation Strategy microcredential introduces you to content through modules.  Content requires approximately 20 to 25 hours to complete.  Learning assessment will be conducted through learning activities.  To successfully complete the microcredential and earn a digital badge, you must achieve a minimum passing score of 75%.
