Course Detail: WELL-9294 - Leadership 2.0: Mastering the 7 Things that Great Clinical Supervisors Do

This presentation focuses on mastering the 7 things great supervisors do, including: helping staff develop counseling and case management skills; building rapport in supervision; co-creating a supervisory plan; lead; team build; manage organizational change; lead during turbulent times; manage and supervise generational diversity. 

Objectives:By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:

  • Build greater rapport in supervision.
  • Create a supervisory plan to help staff grow clinically.
  • lead organizational change initiatives effectively

This presentation is designed for supervisors and emerging leaders in healthcare and human services who want to strengthen their leadership and clinical supervision skills.

Class note: Upon successful completion, three (3) contact hours will be awarded to nurses, counselors, social workers, physical therapists and PTAs, occupational therapists and COTAs, respiratory technicians and nursing home administrators.
