Course Description:  This course provides 30 of the 45 hours of instruction in real estate topics required of all applicants for a managing broker license in Illinois.

The course prepares learners for the Illinois licensing exam and provides the practical business knowledge necessary to be a successful real estate managing broker in Illinois. Updated to include the recent changes in the industry and Illinois rules and laws. Students will learn how to manage a brokerage efficiently, from the recruiting and hiring process through transaction management and dispute resolution. In addition, they will learn how today's marketing and advertising must follow federal and state laws, and, when done correctly, can set the brokerage apart from the competition.
