Course Description: Illinois 15-Hour Broker Interactive Pre-Licensing Applied Real Estate Principles course is designed to supplement the 60-hour pre-license topics
requirement.

This course, in conjunction with the 60-hour Illinois Real Estate Broker Pre-licensing course, provides you with the required 75 hours of pre-licensing education necessary to be eligible to apply for an Illinois real estate broker’s license.

The 15 Hour Applied Broker Principles course is an interactive class with “real world” examples, role play and answers to “what if” scenarios.

The learning objectives of the course include:

  • Describe essential elements of a listing presentation.
  • Describe key components of disclosure and fraud.
  • Describe key components of fair housing and discrimination.
  • Describe essential elements of personal assistants and ministerial services.
  • Describe key components of distressed property and working with professionals outside of brokerage.
  • Describe essential elements of presenting offers and counteroffers.
