Course Description: Tai Chi

International Tai Chi Champion Master JianFeng Chen will help you start your journey of internal energy movement with the 8 and 24 Yang styles using humor, Eastern philosophy, and practical application. This environment provides a supportive community for both beginners and advanced students to enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi. As part of your Tai Chi registration, you may also attend Qigong on Saturdays to learn more about energy flow.
