Course Description: Foods of the World 1 Youth Camp: Western Europe

Join Chef Dom on a delicious, hands-on culinary journey through European cuisine. Students will learn techniques, recipes, and flavors that will set them up to cook a range of delicious meals for themselves and their families, and give them the building blocks to create their own recipes. From scratch muffins, to fresh fettuccine, to pastries times three, and beyond, students will learn how to prepare a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert in this camp. The kitchen is not gluten or peanut free. Please indicate known allergies in the check out process when prompted. Ages 10-15.
