Navigating Change Overview

Micro Courses

If you take Clarke University's CareerPLUS micro course, "Inclusive Workplace Strategies," you will come away with a wide range of strategies for fostering an inclusive culture in your company or organization, or within your department or team. Every workplace or group has diversity, since diversity takes many forms - ethnicity, gender, age, national origin, ability, sexual orientation, education, religion, introversion/extroversion, marital or parental status - the list goes on and on. Learning to value and celebrate the diverse identities and perspectives of others is a crucial component of creating a winning workplace or team.
