In this micro course, you will explore factors that affect your conscious and unconscious thoughts and develop strategies for building empathy and reducing bias in your workplace.

This micro course will help you develop an understanding of the five approaches to conflict and will guide you through how to effectively resolve conflict in order to build healthy organizations.
