Micro Course Detail: PREP100 - Balancing Life and Career

Do you ever feel like there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done? Do you feel like there are too many barriers keeping you from achieving your goals? This micro course will guide you in finding better strategies for managing your work so that you can achieve your full potential while nurturing your emotional well-being, finding balance, and renewing energy within their relationships.


Topics that will be covered include life management planning (goal setting), time management/prioritizing, and the habit of being proactive. Throughout the micro course, you will be prompted to review the new resources and discuss the materials with other micro course participants as you also reflect upon your old systems and form new habits and processes.

After successfully completing this micro course, you'll be able to:

  1. Recognize how mission manages life purpose.
  2. Discuss the importance of macro and micro planning.
  3. Connect macro and micro planning principles to leadership within your work setting
  4. Identify and overcome mental roadblocks of life management and leadership.

This micro course is 100% online, features 15 hours of engaging content, and is self-paced over 4 weeks (September 1-28).  You will receive access to the micro course on September 1, but you are free to work through the material when it works best in your schedule!
