Badge Programs

During this badge program, you will be introduced to basic concepts of statistics and come away with strategies for making data-informed decisions and using data visualization methods in your daily work. Upon completion of this badge, you will be able to use the fundamentals of statistics to understand, organize, and synthesize data and convey data to a variety of audiences in a comprehensible way.
During this badge program, you will assess your own values and attitudes concerning various types of human diversity; examine the impact of prejudice, discrimination, and bias in professional settings and in society; and come away with strategies for fostering a more diverse and inclusive environment in your own workplace.
This badge program is for anyone who is or wants to be a leader in their current position, has recently taken on a managerial role, or aspires to take on a future leadership role. Upon completion of this badge, you will come away with strategies for navigating change and leading others through change; effectively resolving conflict in order to build healthy organizations; and honing the key skills needed to be an effective employee in today's workplace.
This badge program is for anyone currently in a position of leadership or aspiring to be a leader in their current position who wants to learn how to lead with more social and emotional intelligence. In this badge program, you will learn how to lead out of a place of self-awareness, self-regulation, and empathy by exploring your own leadership skills, styles, and strengths and by using tools such as the Enneagram to transform your relationships and bring out the best in yourself and others.
During this badge program, you will learn strategies for leading "courageous conversations", giving and receiving feedback, and planning for and giving a compelling oral presentation. Upon completion of this badge, you will also come away with skills and strategies for becoming an effective public speaker, thinking and speaking on the spot, networking and building rapport, creating positive first impressions, and becoming a confident conversationalist.
During this badge program, you will hone your written communication skills for the workplace and come away with strategies for becoming more persuasive in your writing and speech to gain traction on your ideas or proposals. Upon completion of this badge, you will emerge with further developed professional communication strategies that you can use in your daily work.
