Course Detail: TAICHI - Tai Chi
Chinese tai chi (taijiquan) was originally created as a martial art. Practitioners interested in learning tai chi will hopefully find that this art form may increase one's physical and spiritual health. Anyone can learn tai chi. For beginners the class will start with learning basic stances, breathing and a short sequence of forms. Practitioners will also learn to practice tai chi forms, to functionalize and master these sequences. Some classes will focus on the martial art application of the tai chi forms learned.
