Courses

During this fun course you'll learn basic line dance steps and beginner dances. Before you know it, you'll be boot-scootin' around the dance floor and soon, you'll be ready to tackle harder dances with confidence. Practice a bit at home each week, so you'll be ready to move on to a new dance/ steps for the following week.

A low impact, full body, chair based workout program that will provide the right challenge at any fitness level in the senior community. With this class you can expect to improve your balance, mobility, cardiovascular and mental health.
