Course Detail: UDONNOODLES - Handmade Udon: From Flour to Noodles

A hands-on class focused on making udon noodles from scratch. Students will learn about ingredients, dough preparation, resting, rolling, cutting, and cooking techniques, along with an introduction to Japanese noodle culture and regional differences.
