Course Detail: PROPMGMT - Real Estate Property Manager License Course

This course is designed for those seeking to apply for a Property Manager license in the State of Oregon. This course combines seven (7) weekly interactive ZOOM sessions along with online home study to meet the OREA pre-exam requirement. You must complete a total of 60 hours of study between weekly ZOOM classes and online studies.  Plan to spend 4-6 hours each week completing the online home study in addition to attending the Tuesday evening classes. The course is approved by the OREA.

Good to Know: A licensed property manager can manage rental real estate on behalf of a property owner. While holding a property manager license, the licensee may work on their own or with others. A licensed property manager may not assist others during the home buying and selling process; that is the role of a real estate broker.

Prior to taking the State Property Manager License exam, you must apply for a Property Manager license and pay an application fee to the OREA.
