Course Detail: GETMOVING - Get Moving, Get Fit

This comprehensive exercise program is ideal for all ages and geared for first-time exercise class attendees! Participants will enjoy the benefits of improved flexibility, coordination, strength and balance without the stress of high-impact aerobics. This class is focused on strength training and overall fitness. We encourage you to have an exercise mat, resistance stretch bands, 4lb resistance bar and 1 lb. to 5 lb. weights.
