Learn how to make impressive, from-scratch layer cakes that are moist, flavorful and delicious! his class will teach baking techniques for perfect cakes and will include recipes for yellow cake, chocolate cake, American buttercream and Swiss meringue buttercream. (Will need a food scale to accurately weigh ingredients at home).
