This course will take elements from our Guitar Chords and Rhythm, Introduction to Music Theory and American Roots Music courses to combine it into one overarching course. Learn to develop music theory skills and techniques, how to play basic chords, strumming patters and songs and develop the skills and techniques needed to play American roots music (Country, Bluegrass, Blues and Folk). Previous experience and access to a guitar is required to participate.
