Course Detail: SCLS - Enjoy Shogun's Culinary Legacy - Sushi

Sushi is a landmark food in Japan and Japanese culture. For centuries, the people of Japan have eaten raw fish in various forms. Today, sushi is a popular Japanese dish around the world! We will look at some different types of sushi - and how to make them! You can choose your own ingredients. Japanese language is not required; however, some Japanese term will be introduced occasionally. For session hosted on Zoom, Zoom link and link to purchase necessary ingredients and cooking tools will be sent one week prior to the course beginning for the course hosted via Zoom.

Sushi roll equipment can be rented for free for online session per request in advance. Pick-up in O'Fallon, Ill. near Sports Park.
