Demystify making gumbo at home. We will breakdown the complex process of making NOLA gumbo, understanding how to make the perfect roux, and developing deep mouthwatering flavor components of traditional NOLA gumbo! We will also make delicious beignets, perfect with a hot cup of coffee. A cooking basics packet of preparation tips and recipes will be sent via email prior to class for you to purchase ingredients and have supplies ready to prepare and cook during class.
