Course Detail: FRMA - French Macarons

Just in time for spring showers and events, learn how to make foolproof macarons with perfect shells and delicious fillings that are quick, easy and delicious! You will need a food scale to accurately weigh ingredients at home. A baking basics packet of preparation tips and recipes will be sent via email prior to class for you to purchase ingredients and have supplies ready to prepare and bake during class.
