Course Detail: CMIC - Cooking Mochi Ice Cream at Home

Join us as we make delicious Mochi ice cream! There's nothing like a home-cooked, very soft, silky mochi you make and playing with mochi dough is also very fun! We will make Strawberry daifuku (Mochi stuffed red bean paste with strawberry/Any fruit) via Zoom. A Zoom link and links to purchase necessary ingredients and cooking tools will be sent one week prior to the course beginning. Japanese language is not required, however some Japanese terms will be introduced. Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event.
