Course Detail: CCH1 - Chinese Cooking at Home

Chinese takeout at home is a great way to add variety to week night dinners without the takeout bill! Learn how to easily make Crab Rangoon, Chinese dumplings (steamed or fried), fried rice, orange chicken and Chinese lo mein noodles. The recipe packet will also include additional recipes not done in class. A cooking basics packet of preparation tips and recipes will be sent via email prior to class for you to purchase ingredients and have supplies ready to prepare and cook during class.
