Course Detail: CCC1 - Christmas Cookies and Cocoa

What are the holidays without home baked cookies!? Learn a variety of Christmas cookies that are beautiful AND delicious! In class we will make 1-2 basic doughs to make a variety of different cookies with different shapes, sizes, mix-ins and toppings. Dough is freezable so no need to bake all your cookies during class time, you will learn an easy way to store your premade doughs and keep track of their different ways for baking and prepping. 


And what goes great with fresh baked cookies? Cocoa! We will learn how to make the most decadent French drinking chocolate that will be perfect for the holidays along with ideas on how to display a DIY hot chocolate bar at home! The recipe packet may also include additional recipes not done in class.
