Course Detail: MIN1 - Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation

In today's world, it's challenging to enjoy the present moment. Distractions, stress, and bombarding thoughts disrupt our daily lives. Discover the foundations of mindfulness and meditation. In six weeks, learn techniques in: mindful art- eating- and movement, using the breath for meditations, focusing on senses to awaken joy, and body scans to restore calm. Mindfulness is a practice to regain positivity, peace, and focus without judgment or guilt for taking care of ourselves. Techniques can be used anywhere and at any time.
