You will learn how to utilize Color Theory, Composition and Painting Techniques to create works in Acrylic paint. We will facilitate quick, lecture-style, explanations of these fundamental painting elements as you work. This will help you improve your knowledge in art and technical skills. As you move through this course, we will also facilitate projects of your interest and give you helpful feedback to improve your painting skills. By the completion of this class, you will have gained experience in acrylic painting and confidence as a beginning artist. You will be provided with supply lists so you can purchase your own paints, canvases, supplies, etc.
