Course Detail: NCRD-9906 - Lean and 5S Overview

In this 1-hour, live webinar you will learn the basics of lean and a new way to see your processes. This class also includes 8-hours of self-study. You'll learn about types of wastes & common tools to overcome them, including how to implement 5S. This session is great for departments wanting to implement 5S in the near future.
