Course Detail: INDR-3404 - Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

This 6-hour, live webinar series is designed for team leaders, supervisors, and managers and includes 14-hours of self-study. Participants will learn how to make data-driven decisions, solve problems and identify and remove wastes. This overview will build awareness and understanding of the Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools.
