Course Detail: WELL-9200 - Generate Good Vibes

Just in time for the holidays learn the ancient technique of Loving Kindness Meditation. This technique follows 59 steps to help participants lose their attachment to ego and ascent to a higher level of loving kindness and compassion for all beings and situations. 

This practice can help in the recovery of road rage. Instructor, Nell Wood, studied this method and applied it to her meditation practice to help her stop behaving belligerently in traffic as well as other areas in her life. She is happy to share it with others. Don't think you are destined to be a pessimist forever. All you need is an open and curious mind along with the willingness to try. A short pre-reading will be sent to participants prior to the session.
