Looking to feel better, physically, mentally and just wanting to whittle your middle? Do you enjoy dancing and exercising? Have you tried classes that were just too intense or fast paced? Well, no fear! Dancercize class is here to provide a fun and easy way for people of all levels to get their groove on while burning fat and melting inches. Simple dance steps will be intermixed with exercise, no worries, nothing is choregraphed. Bring a yoga mat or blanket. This class will be held in the Athletics Building on the riverfront campus.
