Course Detail: WELL-9251 - Avoid Burnout through Stress Management

This workshop will focus on stress management strategies aimed at preventing burnout. You will learn about stress, its positive and negative aspects, and how it impacts the body both mentally and physically. Research will be provided to expand your knowledge. Additionally, you will gain a greater understanding of what burnout is, and its symptoms and become equipped with practical strategies and tools designed to effectively manage stress and mitigate the risk of burnout.

Continuing Education: Two (2) contact hours will be awarded to nurses, nursing home administrators, physical therapists, occupational therapists, dieticians, respiratory therapists, social workers, and counselors upon successful completion.
