Course Detail: NCRD-9197 - Decision-Making and Problem Solving

Do you want to make decisions faster, more effectively and with fewer risks? The key to better decision-making lies in how you approach and tackle problems. In this workshop, participants will learn how to recognize and address the difference between decision-making and problem-solving, with a special focus on leveraging their decision-making processes for successful problem navigation. Other essential topics include the most common decision-making obstacles, strategies for working around these obstacles and recognizing and dealing with biases that can interfere with our ability to make good decisions. With the help of critical thinking exercises, the workshop is designed to help you confidently make informed decisions!
