Never before in history has five generations actively engaged in the business workforce. Each generation was influenced by a unique set of circumstances creating a wide array of attitudes and behaviors in the modern workforce. While each generation has its unique attitudes and behaviors, they each bring something valuable to the workplace. In this interactive workshop, participants will understand the unique influences on each generation and how that influences the way each generation communicates. Most importantly, participants will take away constructive ideas on how to make the multigenerational workforce in alignment with the organization's vision and strategy.
