Course Detail: NCRD-9999 - Prairie Safety Council Contractor Safety Course
The Prairie Safety Council, in its effort to advance the recommendations of the Kankakee Industrial Alliance, recognized the importance of establishing a minimum standard for contractor safety training.
In this four-hour course, participants will cover 1) General Facility Rules 2) Hazard Communication 3) Personnel Hazards and Protection 4) Equipment Hazards 5) Emergencies and Environmental Concerns and 6) Supplemental Information such as MSDS Sheets and a Glossary of Terms.
Upon successfully passing an exam at the end of the course, participants will receive a course completion card which may be used for entry into local manufacturing facilities.
