It's critically important then that your website make the cut-and even be a cut above. In this highly interactive and hands-on session, you'll act as your own customer - as a donor, volunteer, client, potential sponsor, elected official, media rep-to see how they see us via our presence on the web. Using this outside-in journey that covers navigation to make content, we'll use an assessment-driven process to determine what prioritized changes we can make to increase effectiveness and impact.
