Course Detail: LEAD-9054 - Responding to Sexual Harassment Claims

Thisclass is designed to equip business leaders and human resource professionals torespond to workplace sexual harassment claims. Participants will identify theimportance of effective sexual harassment policies and procedures, develop aplan for the initial response to a sexual harassment claim, discuss the stepsinvolved in investigating a sexual harassment claim, and practice implementingthe steps of responding to sexual harassment claims through interactivescenarios. This session, presented by Clove Alliance, also meets the annualsexual harassment training requirement.

Objectives:
  • Identify the importance of effective sexual harassment policies and procedures.
  • Develop a plan for the initial response to a sexual harassment claim.
  • Discuss the steps involved in investigating a sexual harassment claim.
  • Recognize the possible outcomes of a sexual harassment investigation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of responding to a claim including the initial response, investigation steps, and resolution through practice scenarios.
