Accountability & Delegation in the Workplace - Mike Cieri
Many times when someone asks, "Who's accountable for this?" What they really mean is "Who can I blame?" Accountability is not blame, in fact, it is an after the fact behavior.
In this workshop, participants will learn:
·         A Five Steps Model for holding themselves and others accountable
·         How to focus on the situation or issue without being personal
·         A problem-solving strategy that can be applied in multiple situations
·         What, exactly, empowerment looks like and how to empower others
·         Why clear agreements are the essential for holding folks accountable
·         How to develop a clear agreement and follow-through with it
